Consequent Solutions ("we," "us," "our") offers SMS/text messaging services to provide prescription notifications, health information, and related communications. By opting in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

By enrolling, you may receive text messages including:

• Prescription refill reminders and pickup notifications

• Appointment and immunization reminders
• Health and wellness tips
• Patient satisfaction surveys
• Information about pharmacy services and programs

2. Opt-In and Enrollment

You must affirmatively consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you confirm:

• You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You agree to receive automated text messages at the number provided

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your prescription activity and selected communication preferences. You may receive approximately 2-15 messages per month depending on your enrollment selections.

4. Costs and Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received. We do not charge for the SMS service. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message

Upon opt-out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to receive pharmacy services or purchase medications.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Message content may contain protected health information (PHI) governed by HIPAA. By enrolling, you acknowledge that SMS is not a fully secure communication method and consent to receiving PHI via text message.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SMS messages are provided "as is." We do not guarantee message delivery, timeliness, or accuracy. SMS should not be relied upon for urgent or emergency communications. Text messaging is not a substitute for speaking with a pharmacist or healthcare provider.

10. Limitations

• We are not responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to carrier issues or device settings
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without notice
• Invalid or inactive mobile numbers will be removed from our system

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or other contact method on file.
