Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Message content may contain protected health information (PHI) governed by HIPAA. At any point in time, you can withdraw your consent and we will immediately stop processing your data.

The Services are hosted and operated in the United States ("U.S.") through and its service providers, and if you do not reside in the U.S., laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside. By using the Services, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize Consequent Solutions to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly other countries. Company Response to a Data Request and/or Security Breach

In regard to the aforementioned rights to voice questions, make requests regarding your data privacy or withdraw consent, we will respond to your request within 30 days. In some cases, however, we may limit or deny your request if: the law permits or requires us to do so, if it infringes on the privacy of other individuals or internal procedures, if we find the request to be unfounded or excessive or if we are unable to verify your identity.

If the volume or complexity of the request requires internally processing at Consequent Solutions beyond 30 days, Consequent Solutions will inform the requester within 30 days of the reasons for an extension and may charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs.

Security of all information is of the utmost importance for Consequent Solutions. Consequent Solutions uses technical and physical safeguards to protect the security of your Personal Information from unauthorized disclosure.
